Digi Q ll is the greatest thing since Cream of Wheat. Probe in the chamber, probe in the meat, set temps and walk off.

Hi Guys , Bought a new Rig saturday and wanted some tips on Curing the grill and the cooking grates... I read what the manual that came with said, But wanted some tips here.... Manual says I need to get fire to 225 f for 2 hours thren get it up to 400 f for 1 hour then let it cool. this should cure it and get rid of any paint fumes or flavors. any tips?
