BBQ Ribs

I think ribs are my favorite to cook..i love the process and the way they taste...nothing better than ribs on a smoker....pecan wood....rub em first and then glaze...then low heat and then to tin foil....all good....

tell me what is your favorite????

Your welcome, as soon as I found this site, I was amazed at how limited my knowledge was....Even though I live in Connecticut, I belong to "The Ohio Camp Cooks" Which was started basically as a Civil War tutorial of cast iron cooking and then expanded to all kinds of food as the membership grew....There are a couple of new members from there now on this site...I also belong to The North American Hunting Club, and I posted grillersindex.com there also in their cooking wild game forum....So , you may get a few extra people from there also.....I just received a note from the owner of The Ohio Camp Cooks , Phil Foreman, who asked if you wouldn't mind linking up with us....Now being older then dirt and PC illiterate, without knowledge of this, and if its okay with you guys, he has joined and is listed, so you can contact him.....Great Site!!!!!!

I'd grill every meal if I could so thanks for getting this site going! The sauces go great with most things on the grill and are more about flavor than heat.

I hope you enjoy them!

Thanks,
JD

Posted some pictures of my NEW Traeger "Texas" Wood Pellet Grill and the ribs I have to go wrap in foil and cook for two more hours @ 250. Gonna put some chicken on and maybe a few Dogs. This grill smokes, and you can set the digital thermo from 225 up to 450...I Love It....Bob
